Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects related to plastics engineering and product development.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the injection molding processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with design teams using SolidWorks for product development and prototyping.
- Implement process development strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, including ITAR and ISO 9001/13485.
- Conduct IQ, OQ, and PQ testing to validate equipment and processes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and project team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in project engineering within the plastics industry.
- Familiarity with capital equipment and process documentation.
- Experience with product and process development methodologies.
- Proficient in SolidWorks and project management software.
- Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 standards and ITAR compliance.
