Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate between various teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of MEP projects from concept to completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Conduct regular project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Utilize Deltek software for project management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in MEP project management.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and engineering principles.
• Proficient in Deltek and other project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
