Job Salary: $120k-$160k (DOE)
Requirements: 7 Years of Public Accounting Audit Experience

Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Audit Manager to oversee our audit operations, ensuring compliance and enhancing the effectiveness of our internal controls. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in leading audit engagements, providing strategic insights, and driving improvements across our auditing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit teams to execute comprehensive audit plans and engagements.
• Assess risks and develop strategies to address potential audit concerns across various sectors, including construction, manufacturing, and nonprofit organizations.
• Conduct thorough audits, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to management based on audit findings.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of audit processes and outcomes.
• Mentor and develop junior audit staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
• Proven experience in audit management, particularly in sectors such as construction, manufacturing, nonprofit organizations, and employee benefit plans (EBP).
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and practices, with the ability to adapt to various industries.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and provide strategic insights.
