Key Responsibilities
- Lead the mechanical design and implementation of healthcare facility projects.
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to develop integrated engineering solutions.
- Conduct system analysis and performance evaluations to ensure optimal functionality of HVAC and plumbing systems in hospitals.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, specifications, and documentation for projects.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all designs and implementations.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in mechanical engineering for healthcare applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on healthcare facilities.
- Proficient in using Revit and other engineering design software.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and building codes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
