What You Bring
- 5 years leading software teams, with hands-on full-stack and/or embedded firmware experience.
- Strong grasp of UX/UI principles and a passion for building intuitive interfaces.
- In-depth technical expertise in languages like Java, C/C , React, Python, Angular, etc.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills - you know how to rally & mentor a team while speaking both tech and business.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, EE or related field.
- Experience scaling teams and implementing training/upskilling programs.

Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
