Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading software development projects, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications using C#, .NET, and React technologies. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing to innovative software solutions that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using C#, .NET, and React.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software features and enhancements.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and testing.
• Utilize Azure for cloud-based application deployment and management.
• Design and implement GraphQL APIs for seamless data interaction.
• Manage database operations using SQL to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and React.JS.
• Experience with Azure and cloud-based solutions.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and SQL databases.
• Familiarity with .NET Core, REST APIs, TypeScript, and Web API is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
