You'll serve as a financial liaison, combining deep accounting expertise with operational insight to support project teams, drive performance, and shape strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Insight
- Analyze company-wide financials and performance indicators to deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Review large-scale projects for financial implications, revenue recognition, and risk evaluation using industry-specific accounting standards.
- Partner with engineering and construction teams to support project-level financials and forecasting.
- Lead, coach, and mentor Operational Finance Analysts across U.S. and India-based teams.
- Support planning initiatives and group coordination alongside Operational Finance Managers.
- Develop and deliver training programs for project managers and divisional leadership.
- Execute key processes for month-end close and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
- Assist with client-initiated audits, project-specific reviews, and the company's annual financial audit.
- Lead special projects focused on innovation, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop and implement best practices across global finance teams to enhance consistency and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (additional credit for public accounting).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in construction or engineering accounting, including percentage-of-completion or software revenue recognition.
- Familiarity with Oracle and Microsoft Power BI.
- CPA designation.
