Title: Senior Field Sales Engineer

Location: Hybrid - Santa Clara, CA

Compensation: Base $140K-$160K Up to 100% bonus potential 

Position Overview
The Senior Field Sales Engineer will play a critical role in driving sales growth within the organization by leveraging technical expertise and strong business acumen. This position involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and fostering long-term relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

•  Serve as a trusted partner to a major hyperscale data center customer, managing relationships and driving design-in wins.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical requirements and provide Interconnect solutions.
• Partner with internal teams (Product Management, Engineering, and Operations) to ensure seamless delivery and support for the customer.
• Identify growth opportunities, build account strategies, and execute on revenue targets.
• Represent the business in technical and commercial discussions, ensuring alignment between customer needs and internal capabilities.
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in field sales engineering, preferably in the electronics or interconnect industry.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components, connectors, and interconnect solutions.
• Proven track record of successful sales and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
