Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 DOE

In this role, you will drive equipment reliability, support plant performance, and lead a skilled maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for a team of maintenance professionals while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Lead maintenance operations supporting a variety of manufacturing equipment, automation systems, and facility infrastructure
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives designed to maximize uptime, improve reliability, and reduce operational disruptions
- Partner with production, engineering, and plant leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and equipment optimization
- Utilize your technical expertise in PLCs, controls, mechanical, and electrical systems to troubleshoot complex equipment issues and implement long-term solutions
What You Need for This Position
- Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment and building a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Strong expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment
- Track record of improving equipment uptime and reliability through preventive maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Familiarity with CMMS/ERP systems and technical documentation; technical certifications or mechatronics training are a plus
