Looking for:
- Experienced maintenance leader to manage plant equipment and facility maintenance.
- Preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
- Troubleshooting and repair of production machinery, conveyors, motors, pumps, and packaging equipment.
- Leadership of maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Knowledge of PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
- Ensure food safety, OSHA compliance, and a safe working environment.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and equipment reliability.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
