What You'll Do
- Develop detailed cost estimates for commercial projects across healthcare, education, and institutional sectors
- Analyze plans, specs, and subcontractor bids to ensure accurate pricing
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, and trade partners during preconstruction
- Lead bid strategy, value engineering, and proposal development
- 3 years of estimating experience in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of local market pricing and construction methods
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Sage Estimating, ProEst, or similar)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
