Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a similar field
- 7 years of professional accounting experience, 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Experience with cost accounting, manufacturing accounting, standard costs, bill of materials(BOMs), cost of goods sold(COGS), WIP(work-in-process), raw materials, finished goods, inventory valuation, physical counts, variance analysis, cost saving strategies, forecasts, budgets, and financial reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in management and leadership roles, managing a team of direct reports
- Experience with balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and financial statements
- Experience with accounts payable, receivables, collections, ensuring accuracy and compliance of account entries, handling discrepancies, reconciliations, financial documents, and more
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with various Accounting Software or ERP systems

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
