Senior Corporate Accountant

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 plus bonus, benefits, 401k with match, employee discounts

Our finance and accounting team plays a key role in supporting growth, ensuring strong controls, and partnering cross functionally as the company continues to evolve.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage PBC (Prepared By Client) requests for external auditors and tax professionals
• Prepare, update, and maintain PBC schedules and supporting documentation using NetSuite
• Support data migration efforts related to an ongoing NetSuite implementation, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
• Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and third party consultants to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial data
• Assist with audit, tax, and financial reporting activities as needed

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in accounting, audit, or corporate finance
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, audit procedures, and tax compliance requirements
• Hands on experience supporting audit and tax engagements through PBC processes
• Proficiency in NetSuite, including financial reporting, saved searches, and data import and export
• Experience participating in ERP data migration projects, preferably involving NetSuite
• Payroll processing experience with an HRIS is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in gaming, software, or technology focused environments
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Slack, and Jira
