Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead and manage various infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land development and a proven track record in residential, commercial, and roadway projects. This role requires expertise in site grading, stormwater management, utility construction, and drainage solutions, with proficiency in AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception through completion.
- Design and analyze land development plans for residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Conduct site grading and drainage design to meet regulatory requirements.
- Oversee utility construction and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare reports, specifications, and cost estimates for projects.
- Utilize AutoCAD software to create detailed engineering drawings and plans.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development.
- Strong knowledge of site grading, stormwater management, and utility construction.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other civil engineering software.
