Job Description:

We are pioneering the first wealth tech data orchestration platform, streamlining financial workflows, improving efficiency, and modernizing how financial teams manage complex processes.

We are looking for a backend leaning engineer to help build the core systems that power our workflow orchestration platform. This role focuses on building backend services, integrations, and APIs that connect multiple financial systems and support complex operational workflows.

• React

• Node.js

• PostgreSQL

Where you will make an impact:

• Build backend services that power workflow orchestration and system integrations

• Design and develop scalable APIs across the platform

• Build systems that handle data synchronization between external systems

• Collaborate with engineers, product, and design to deliver end to end features

• Contribute to backend architecture and engineering standards as the team grows

Who you are:

• Backend engineer with 6 years building scalable production systems

• Strong experience with Node.js and API development

• Experience building integration heavy backend systems

• Comfortable working in early stage startup environments

• Strong problem solver who can reason through edge cases and system reliability

Bonus points if you have experience with:

• FinTech products

• Workflow automation platforms

• Event driven systems

• Early stage startups

• Open source or personal software projects
