Established (20 Years) Premier Plaintiff Firm Seeking Senior Attorney / Partner to Lead Nursing Home Practice in California
An established national plaintiff firm with over 20 years in practice is seeking a Senior Attorney / Partner to lead its California Nursing Home Litigation practice. The firm focuses exclusively on nursing home and elder abuse cases across multiple states and is projecting 50-100 California cases next year alone.
This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced attorney who can walk in and immediately take ownership of the California practice-essentially running it like the CEO of their own business. The firm provides a complete infrastructure of back-office, intake, and operational support, allowing you to focus entirely on litigation and client advocacy without worrying about sourcing or onboarding clients.

150k-200k & partner-level compensation structure based on recoveries (progressive split that increases with performance)

Qualifications
Significant experience handling nursing home and elder abuse cases (plaintiff-side required)
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
Proven ability to independently manage complex litigation from intake through resolution
Strong client control, judgment, and leadership capabilities
Comfortable building and leading a growing California practice
Responsibilities
Lead the firm's California nursing home litigation practice and oversee all active matters
Manage strategy, litigation timelines, and client communications for a growing docket of 50-100 cases annually
Collaborate with national leadership to align processes and case standards
Mentor and oversee junior staff or local hires as the practice scales
Handle all phases of litigation including discovery, motion work, mediation, and trial
