We are seeking a skilled SCADA/Controls Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SCADA systems and controls for various industrial applications. This role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency and system reliability through advanced automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement SCADA systems for monitoring and control of industrial processes.
- Develop and maintain Human-Machine Interface (HMI) applications to provide intuitive user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing SCADA systems and associated controls.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on SCADA and control systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SCADA system design and implementation, preferably with AVEVA software.
- Strong knowledge of HMI development and integration.
- Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial communication protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Stakeholders bonus (additional profit sharing) is typically between 4% and 8%.
