We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales of our advanced boiler and heat exchanger products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background along with sales expertise, enabling them to effectively communicate product benefits and solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Support the sales team with technical expertise during the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations in response to client inquiries.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
- Train clients on product usage and maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5 Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
- Strong knowledge of boilers, heat exchangers, and thermal systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
