Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their HVAC and building automation needs.
- Provide technical support and expertise to clients on HVAC systems, controls, and building automation solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and sales contracts while ensuring compliance with customer specifications and requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Provide training and support to customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales engineering, particularly in HVAC and building automation systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and building automation technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience with Delta controls and BAS is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
