We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team in Northern California to support our commercial connector division (wearables, AR/VR, consumer electronics). The ideal candidate will act as a key technical resource in the sales process, effectively communicating the value of our electronic components and interconnect solutions to customers. This role combines technical expertise with interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth in the Northern California region by identifying new business opportunities and developing existing relationships.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, providing expert advice on product applications and specifications.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the business development team to create tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for expansion within the industry.
- Assist in the development of sales proposals and quotations, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and industry demands.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or a related field.
- 3 years sales or business development within the electronic components or interconnect industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of connectors and interconnect solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Ability to travel within the Bay Area as needed.
- Base Salary: $80K-$95K (DOE)
- Up to 25% bonus (OTE: $100K-$118K)
