Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of roofing projects, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Manage and schedule roofing crews, subcontractors, and materials for timely project completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and enforce safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and providing updates on project status.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and reports.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety standards.
- Proven experience as a Roofing Superintendent or similar role in the roofing industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and residential roofing systems and materials.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites.
