We are looking to add a COMMERCIAL ROOFING PROJECT MANAGER to our team in Fort Wayne.
Essential Responsibilities
General -
Attend all weekly Construction Management meetings as needed
Create and maintain relationships with all customers, crew, subcontractors
Arrive at or before call-time to see crew(s) off in the morning, providing accountability around attendance, daily job assignments, processes & procedures.
Ensure that all Construction tasks are performed per our construction procedures and manufacturer's installation guidelines.
Visit all current active job sites for assigned projects a minimum of three times: initial pre-construction walk-through, once during the time of construction and at the time of commissioning.

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
