The Roofing Superintendent will oversee all aspects of roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role involves managing field operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage roofing projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
- Monitor project budgets and financials to keep costs within approved limits
- Manage change orders and negotiate with clients and contractors when necessary
- Provide leadership and training to field personnel and foremen
- Ensure quality control throughout the installation process
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers regarding project progress and any issues that arise
- High School Diploma or GED Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety protocols
- Experience managing commercial roofing projects, including high-rise buildings and retail spaces
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with clients
- Ability to analyze project financials and manage budgets effectively
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with vendor management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
