This role will focus on reducing churn, increasing loyalty, and maximizing customer lifetime value through data-driven marketing initiatives. Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn insights into impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute retention strategies across onboarding, engagement, and reactivation
- Launch and optimize lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels
- Analyze customer behavior and segmentation to deliver personalized experiences
- Build and test win-back, loyalty, and referral programs
- Partner with Product, CX, and Creative teams to improve customer satisfaction and reduce friction
- Monitor KPIs including churn rate, repeat purchase rate, and LTV
- Use analytics tools to assess campaign performance and inform future strategy
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to refine messaging and improve conversion
- 4-6 years in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing (DTC or subscription-based experience preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM and automation platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Klaviyo
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data and customer insights
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and optimize customer journeys
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with A/B testing, segmentation frameworks, and loyalty program design
- Understanding of subscription economics and customer value metrics
- Highly competitive compensation package ($90-130k DOE)
