Position Overview
The Vice President of Advisor Development will lead the strategy and execution of our advisor training and development programs, ensuring our financial advisors possess the skills and knowledge necessary to drive business growth and achieve client success. This role requires a strong background in finance, coupled with exceptional leadership and coaching abilities to inspire and elevate our advisory team.
Compensation: Base pay up to 180K 50-100% Bonus

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for financial advisors to enhance their skills and performance.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of advisors, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Analyze advisor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and create targeted development plans.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align advisor development initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our advisor training programs remain relevant and effective.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a financial advisory role, with a strong background in advisor development and training.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities to foster a high-performance culture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
