Due to growth, we are hiring a Remote Sr Software Engineer with the following experience:

• Python
• TypeScript
• Experience working in the mental wellness space is a a big plus!

What You Will Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript and Python.
• Implement AI-driven features to enhance user experience within our wellness mobile app.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability on AWS.
• Manage database interactions with DynamoDB and ensure data integrity and security.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and mobile app development to integrate new technologies.

What You Need for this Position

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive Python experience  
• Strong fundamentals with Typescript
• AWS - Lambda, DynamoDB, CDK
• AI/ML Infrastructure - have built systems around models, prompt engineering, and evaluation pipelines
• Proven experience building backend infrastructure for apps with a massive user base
• Enjoy building things from scratch and are comfortable with ambiguity
