Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to assess their automation needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Design and implement motion control systems using PLC, VFD, and servo motor technologies.
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final implementation.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of solutions deployed.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system designs, configurations, and troubleshooting processes.
- Train clients on the operation and maintenance of their automation systems.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in motion control and automation technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar role in the automation industry.
- Strong understanding of motion control systems, including PLC, VFD, and servo motors.
- Experience with HMI systems and user interface design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site support as needed.
