Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the western region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and drive business development initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to enhance performance
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 7 years of sales and business development, preferably in the connectors/interconnects industry
- Strong management skills with experience leading sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
- Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Base Salary: $125K-$145K
