An established firm based in Philadelphia with over 40 years in practice is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate / Counsel with 4 years of experience to join their team. This Attorney will have experience with real estate finance and capital markets, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in transactional matters.
Offer
Salary range: $305,000-$475,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications
Candidates must have 4 years of experience in real estate finance or structured finance at a BigLaw or top-tier boutique firm.
Pennsylvania bar is required; New Jersey bar is a plus.
Strong Academic Credentials And Transaction Management Skills Are Essential.
Familiarity with LMA/AnyLoan-style loan documentation is preferred.
Responsibilities
Originate and close construction loans, permanent mortgages, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and syndicated credit facilities.
Represent lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate transactions.
Negotiate intercreditor agreements, SNDA packages, loan workouts, and modifications.
Structure joint ventures, co-GP promotes, and waterfall distributions.
Coordinate with bankruptcy/restructuring teams on distressed loan workouts.
