Associate Class: 4th - 8th Year

Salary Range: $245,000 - $365,000 per year (Plus comprehensive bonus program)

We are seeking a highly motivated mid-level to senior associate to join our premier Real Estate Finance group in Washington, DC. This role is designed for a candidate with the desire to "first chair" sophisticated transactions within a collaborative, diverse, and merit-based environment.

Our Practice Our diverse commercial real estate practice is middle-market focused and includes high-stakes representation for both lenders and borrowers. You will work on a broad range of sophisticated transactions, including:

• Senior mortgage and construction loans

• Leverage loans and mezzanine financing

• Preferred debt and equity investments

• A-Note and co-lender transactions

The Ideal Candidate We represent a wide spectrum of market participants, including commercial banks, private debt funds, REITs, and insurance companies. We are looking for:
