Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Supervisor to oversee quality assurance processes within our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with quality standards, improve production processes, and lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the quality assurance team in implementing and monitoring quality control processes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements in manufacturing.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess the quality of products and processes.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including quality plans and control plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and practices.
• Manage quality improvement projects, including NPI and APQP initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, PPAP, and CQE is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
