Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to address defects and non-conformities.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality control practices and methodologies.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality documentation and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
- Experience with Six Sigma and process improvement techniques.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software (e.g., Minitab).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
