Job Title: Quality Engineer

Location: Huntersville, NC on-site

Salary: $70k-$80k/yr base comprehensive benefits package

Requirements: BS in Engineering or Technical field, 1 yrs experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Environment, GD&T, MS Office

Position Overview
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team and support quality systems, continuous improvement initiatives, and supplier quality activities. This role will work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to ensure product quality standards are met and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
• Analyze quality data and identify improvement opportunities
• Assist with supplier quality issues, audits, and performance monitoring
• Develop and improve inspection processes and sampling plans
• Support ISO compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare quality reports and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial) or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 years of hands-on experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality tools, statistical methods, and root cause analysis
• Familiarity with ISO quality standards
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
• Lean Manufacturing a plus
