Position Overview
The Quality Control Manager will oversee and enhance the quality control processes within the organization to ensure compliance with federal regulations and industry standards. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our operations, particularly in projects involving the Department of Defense (DoD).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of operations and products to identify issues and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Manage and train quality control staff, fostering a culture of quality and safety across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into all project plans and execution.
- Prepare and present reports on quality metrics and performance to management and stakeholders.
- Lead investigations into quality issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control management, preferably in a federal or DoD environment.
- Proficient in quality control methodologies and tools, including EM 385 standards.
- Experience with Procore or similar project management software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Certifications such as Quality Control Manager (QCM) are preferred.

Salary : $125,000 - $138,000
