Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality control processes.
- Identify hazards and ensure safety compliance throughout all project phases.
- Collaborate with project teams to instill quality management principles and practices.
- Manage documentation related to quality control, including reporting and corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance on quality control processes to staff and contractors.
- Utilize tools such as Procore for tracking and managing quality control tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of safety compliance and hazard identification.
- Proficient in quality control methodologies and tools, including Procore and DSA requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.

Salary : $125,000 - $138,000
