Position Overview
The QA/QC Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control activities on construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of the construction process within data center projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance and control procedures for construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to address quality issues promptly.
- Review and approve quality-related documentation and reports.
- Train and mentor QA/QC staff and field personnel on quality standards and procedures.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss quality objectives and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry, preferably with data centers.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction practices.
- Proven experience as a superintendent with an emphasis on quality control and assurance.
- Familiarity with MEP systems and CPM scheduling is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
