Title: QA Manager
Salary: $130K-$140K DOE up to 15% bonus
Location: 100% Remote

In this role, you'll:
- Define and execute a quality strategy across web, iOS, and Android platforms
- Transform our QA practice from manual testing to automation-first
- Build scalable processes aligned with CI/CD and DevOps principles
- Lead and mentor a team of QA Analysts and Automation Engineers into SDET-focused professionals
- Drive automation maturity, integration testing, and quality standards across multiple product lines

What we're looking for:

• 8 years in software quality management, 3 years in leadership
• Proven success scaling QA in SaaS environments
• Expertise in automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Cucumber) and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Strong understanding of DevOps, shift-left testing, and quality gates
