What you'll do:

• Lead the purchasing team
• Build and enforce company wide procurement standards
• Forecast materials with project leadership
• Negotiate high value agreements
• Prequalify vendors & subs based on financial stability safety performance
• Resolve procurement issues before they become project problems

What you bring:

• 15 years heavy civil experience (procurement or PM)
• Deep understanding of civil construction methods
• Leadership DNA
• Supply chain procurement mastery
• A strategic mind and the drive to run a best in class purchasing operation
