We are seeking a skilled Prototype Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating prototypes and supporting research and development projects. Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to create high-quality prototypes according to specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers during the R&D process to refine prototype designs.
- Utilize prototype fabrication techniques to produce parts and assemblies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to ensure production efficiency and quality.
- Document processes and maintain accurate records of prototypes and production runs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a machinist with a focus on prototype fabrication.
- Proficiency in CNC machining and CNC programming.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machining challenges.
- Experience in a research and development environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
