Project Superintendent - Longview ($80,000-$90,000)

Position Overview
The Project Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, managing project schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Manage project schedules and timelines using MS Project
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Assist in the development and management of project budgets using Procore
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
• Communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers to provide updates and resolve concerns

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Proficiency in project management software, specifically MS Project and Procore
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
