What You Will Do
- Multi-Family New Construction Projects
- Podiums, Wraps and Garden-style
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Work side by side with Project Management team
- Work with upper leadership to ensure project success
- Work with clients so projects meet their needs
- 5 years of Superintendent experience
- Lead on 1 Multi-family projects start to finish
- High School Diploma
- Competitive base ($145,000-$155,000) 15% Bonus
