- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions.
- Prepare Gantt charts and critical path analysis to illustrate project timelines.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal use of personnel and materials.
- Communicate regularly with team members to update on progress and address any scheduling concerns.
- Ensure all construction documentation is accurate and up-to-date throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate project coordination meetings to discuss scheduling issues and project updates.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project scheduler in the commercial construction industry.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of budgeting and resource allocation principles.
- Experience with risk management and stakeholder management.
- Exceptional time management and communication skills.
- Ability to create and interpret Gantt charts and critical path analysis.

Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
