Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of industrial construction projects.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
- Manage site operations, safety compliance, and quality control.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior leadership.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior staff.
- 3 years of experience managing industrial construction projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects in manufacturing, warehousing, or heavy infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
