We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects involving specialized equipment integration, interior buildouts, and coordination across hospitality, entertainment, restaurant, institutional, and public-sector environments. The ideal candidate excels at managing multiple stakeholders, navigating detailed design requirements, and delivering high-quality project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Coordinate with design teams, clients, engineers, and subcontractors
• Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement tasks, and change orders
• Support equipment integration and installation across kitchens, foodservice areas, and specialty spaces
• Maintain documentation and drive effective communication from kickoff through closeout

Requirements:

• 5 or more years of project management experience in commercial, specialty, or equipment-heavy construction
• Strong proficiency in scheduling, trade coordination, procurement, and cost control
• Ability to manage complex installation scopes across multiple industries such as hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, education, aviation, or healthcare
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills
• Experience delivering projects with tight timelines and high technical requirements is a plus
