Project Manager (Survey/P.L.S. License Required)

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a Professional Land Surveyor License to lead surveying projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all surveying activities are conducted in compliance with regulations, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage surveying projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Supervise and mentor surveying staff and field crews.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide updates.
• Conduct land surveys, including boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys.
• Utilize Civil3D software for mapping and site development projects.
• Prepare and review survey documents, including parcel maps and tract maps.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal surveying regulations.
• Manage right-of-way acquisition and surveying contracts.
• Provide technical expertise in land surveying and assist in problem-solving as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) License.
• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying and project management.
• Proficiency in Civil3D and related surveying software.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
