We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects within the solar and renewable energy sector. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage solar and renewable energy construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project progress and resolve issues.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these benchmarks.
- Conduct site visits to assess project status and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage project resources, including labor and materials, to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the renewable energy or construction industry.
- Proven experience managing large-scale solar or renewable energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes related to solar and wind energy.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Salary : $160,000 - $240,000
