Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize roofing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensure timely responses to project inquiries.
- Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial roofing industry
- Hands on experience on commercial roofing projects is a big plus
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Can read and interpret construction drawings

Salary : $85,000 - $125,000
