Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple industrial tilt-wall projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to all specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Utilize Procore for project management, documentation, and communication.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on tilt-wall projects.
- Strong proficiency in Procore and other project management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes, including ground-up and commercial construction methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
