Position Overview
Top ENR MEP contractor is seeking skilled Project Manager specializing in mechanical construction to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping, as well as experience in project management within the construction industry. This is an opportunity to work on world class projects with world class people.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage mechanical construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Manage project documentation including RFIs, proposals, change orders, submittals and project financial
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
- 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing commercial HVAC, plumbing and or piping projects
- Familiarity with project management and construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, CMiC or similar
