Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-end residential and hospitality construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to all specifications and regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end residential and hospitality construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
